01Do advertorials require a higher-tier plan?No. Advertorials are a content format, not a premium feature. Every paid plan supports product pages, campaigns, and advertorials. Choose based on your projects and usage.
02What counts as one AI chat?Each AI reply counts as one, whether it generates a whole page, rewrites a section, draws an image, or answers a question. With auto-fill images on, each image added to the page counts as one more. Your own edits on the canvas do not count, and neither do turns that fail without a reply.
03Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?Not online yet. To change plans after subscribing, email us and we will adjust it for you. You can cancel on your own at any time in Usage & billing.
04Are quotas per project or per organization?Quotas apply to the organization’s subscription and are shared by its projects, so you can manage multiple brands.
05Which limits reset each month?AI chat and token usage resets on your monthly billing date (UTC), or on the 1st of each month (UTC) during the trial. Project and page limits are the number you can keep. Publishing limits count successful publishes cumulatively and do not reset monthly; failed publishes do not count.
06How are tokens counted?By what the model actually uses. A generation typically takes 10,000 to 50,000 tokens, more for longer pages and bigger changes; images do not use tokens. You can see this period’s usage in the Dashboard. Usage resets on your monthly billing date, and extra tokens cannot be purchased separately yet.
07Will I be charged when the trial ends?No. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no card required. Nothing is charged when the trial ends. To keep generating and publishing, choose a paid plan.
